Can I give a restaurant a bajillion stars? I love this place. If I could, I would live there forever. Think hip coffee joint/deli but with all vegetarian and vegan food.
I went there with my co-worker Allie on Friday for lunch. I was so excited. I have been wanting to go to this place for a while. We both got a sandwich and a smoothie.
I got a Liquid Earth Club - T.L.T. sandwich sans the celery and add red onion , avocado and sprouts. Club sandwiches NOT seals! AND a Liquid Earthquake Shake...soymilk, vegan chocolate chip cookie, chocolate syrup, banana and ice. Oh my god. It was so good!!! My smoothie was more like a milkshake than a smoothie. Definitely something to get if you have a major chocolate craving.
Allie got a Hippy Lippy...soy milk, banana, Ultimate Meal, spirulina, wheat germ, honey and ice AND a Picnic...a halved baguette with true honey mustard, melted brie , walnuts, thinly sliced bermuda red onions , pears and granny smith apples. Her sandwich looked amazing. But it had brie so I couldn't try it. She did let me try her Hippy Lippy though. It tasted minty. We assumed it was the spirulina but neither of us knew what spirulina was...I need to research.
Moral of the story - Liquid Earth is my new favorite place on earth.
