This is photo evidence of a super awesome husband who has delicious vegan meals ready for me when I come home from work.  

 Tonight he made Pasta Gremolata with Sun Dried Tomatoes and Garlic Bread Crumbs from VeganYumYum.   I'm a lucky gal.
