Ok I am not one to brag but I NEED to express my joy at what my boyfriend got me for my birthday.
ITEM #1: The Veganomicon
If there was a vegan holy bible, this would be it. It has EVERYTHING!! I will no longer be forced to scour the depths of the internet to find interesting and easy-to-make vegan recipes. I am so excited to use this!!!
ITEM #2: The Joy of Vegan Baking
After my coconut icing debacle and my not-so-much-a-cookie no bake peanut butter chocolate "cookies" I was starting to question the merits of vegan baking. I totally needed this. I can't wait to try this out either!!
I also got a gift certificate for Liquid Earth, because if I could I would totally live there.
