dear mom,

I know when you find out I have decided to be vegan you will tell me my bones will eat themselves and I will get osteoporosis when I am 35. But please read this - "Calcium in the Vegan Diet" by Reed Mangels, Ph.D., R.D. (http://www.vrg.org/nutrition/calcium.htm#table1)
A glass of milk and a piece of cheese aren't the only sources of calcium.
